Refund Policy

At Orsyle and SamPlumber (operated by Pharsale LLC), we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. This Refund Policy outlines when you may be entitled to a refund and how to request one.

If local consumer protection laws provide you with additional rights, the highest level of protection will always apply. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. General Refund Policy

• We offer a 15-day refund window from the date of your transaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 15 days of a charge, you may request a full refund of that payment.
• Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behaviour.
• If you receive a refund, access to the relevant paid features will cease.
• Refund requests must be made within the applicable period described below.

2. Free Trial

Every subscription tier includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial period you will not be charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be taken and you will not owe anything.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
• No partial refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period, unless you are within the 15-day refund window.

You can cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your dashboard settings, or by contacting us directly.

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• 15-day satisfaction guarantee: If you are unsatisfied within 15 days of any paid charge, you may request a full refund of that payment.
• Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
• Product defects: If the Service has a persistent technical issue or material defect that prevents you from using the features as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you are entitled to a refund.
• Delivery failure: If we fail or unreasonably delay in delivering the Service due to technical issues, you are entitled to a refund of the relevant charges.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are generally non-refundable:

• Subscription fees beyond the 15-day refund window.
• Historical website chat usage: conversations counted under a former plan are not individually refundable, subject to the refund rights above and applicable law. Website chat and conversational sales SMS are retired; no new usage is offered. Retirement does not automatically cancel or change existing subscriptions.
• For subscribers to the legacy AI phone receptionist service: overage charges for AI call time exceeding your plan's included minutes (billed at your plan's overage rate).
• Fees for optional add-ons or one-time services already rendered.

6. Country-Specific Withdrawal Rights

EU/EEA, Switzerland and UK

Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund. This applies to the first payment under a subscription. For subscriptions with a free trial, the 14-day period begins when the trial ends and the first payment is taken. The right to withdraw does not apply to digital content that has been fully downloaded or accessed, where you gave express consent to waive your withdrawal rights.

South Korea, Brazil, China and Canada

Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel digital content or service contracts after delivery and receive a full refund.

All Other Jurisdictions

Where local law provides consumer withdrawal or cancellation rights, those rights apply.

Our 15-day refund window meets or exceeds all of the above statutory periods. Where local law provides greater rights, those rights apply.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

• Use the Stripe billing portal accessible from your dashboard settings to manage your subscription and request a refund.
• Contact our support team at support@orsyle.com with your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and the reason for your request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

8. Plan Changes

If you move to a lower-priced subscription tier, the new pricing takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you move to a higher-priced tier, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of the current cycle. Your plan's included allowances (such as your monthly conversation allowance and, for legacy phone service subscribers, included call minutes) adjust with your new tier when the new pricing takes effect. No refund or credit is issued for the difference between tiers within a billing period.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
